I’m a pure bred Texan living in Dallas and I dig health and fitness.
I love being a personal trainer and I want to kick your be-hind into shape!

A few little fun facts about me:
I had to beg my parents to let me play soccer when I was a kid. They weren’t all that interested at first, but wound up loving it and I played for 15 years.
If I could go back in time, I would be a gymnast and I would take golf or tennis lessons early on so I could turn pro at 17.
I love sports and I am a fan of everything sports related. No joke! Sports Specific Training is a fun way for me to connect with people who play sports of all levels and help them achieve their goals. Run faster. Jump higher. Outwit and outlast!
I love to cook and eat. Food is actually what I think about most of the day, other than fitness of course!
Training people of all fitness ranges truly is fun. I enjoy coaching and guiding people through struggles because in some shape or form we have all been there! It’s a big deal and I want to help you achieve your goals.
